If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can exchange or return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Contact our customer team through the contact us form or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process. All exchanged and returned items must be unused and unworn and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Any items that have been made to order or customised in any way cannot be returned or refunded.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
